Because of the nature of our products, Ebooks and Printed Material sales are final. We do offer free downloadable samples of all our products. If you have a question regarding a unit before purchasing, please download the sample pages or contact us for more information.

At In the Hands of a Child, we pride ourselves on a quality product that we hope will make your and your students' studies organized, informational, and fun. If for some reason you are unhappy with a product, please contact us and we will see what we can do to fix the problem.

Reselling

Due to their nature, reselling of products published or produced by In the Hands of a Child is strictly prohibited.


Ordering
We accept orders via our website, by phone, email, mail, or fax.

Payment may be made by either check or money order.  Checks do take 7 to 10 days to clear before units will be sent.  If ordering E-books you will receive the unit by email as soon as payment clears.


Viewing Orders

     1. Go to my Account and Log In


     2. Click on view order for the order you wish to download or view


    

3. Items that have downloads available will have an Orange Download Button for you to click. Items that require shipping will not have an Orange Download Button


4. When the Adobe Pop up window comes up choose Save File and locate the folder on your computer that you'd like to save it to.



    


5.   Navigate to the folder you saved the file to and open and print as needed.


Updating Account Information


1. Click on My Account and Log In, this will take you to your Dashboard


2. Scroll past your orders and you'll see Account Information. Here you can change your addresses, passwords, newsletter subscriptions, as well as edit product reviews and Super Memberships.



Super Memberships

Super memberships must be purchased by themselves, no other products can be in the cart at the time of checkout.


Paypal is the ONLY checkout method available online for Super Memberships.


Memberships are set up as recurring billing profile in Paypal and will autorenew until you place your account on Hold or Cancel.


If you prefer not to use a recurring billing you can call Katie (1-866-Hands-01) and we can set up your Super Membership over the phone with a one time payment.


Once you have a Super Membership you have complete access to the Super Membership units each month. Simply Log In



Click on the Super Members Tab



Scroll down and you'll see the current Super Member files, simply click on each link and save to your computer.



If you are not logged in, you will see this instead
