We are currently working to have the Members Only area up for the release of our Super Member Project Pack on December 15th. If you have any questions regarding your current Super Membership, please contact memberships@handsofachild.com. Zero Wait for eBooks! Zero Wait for eBooks! No more waiting for eBooks to be approved! Yes, you read that right! Our customers now have instant access to eBook purchases and customers now have access to their eBooks at any time! If your computer crashes you can come back to our site next year and download your order again or if you just don’t want to save your eBooks to your computer yet, you can keep them in your account. Perhaps you have younger children you want to use the same eBooks for in the future…download them later when you need them! NOTE: Unless you are paying by check or eCheck in which case your eBooks will not be available until the check clears. Two New Project Pack Categories
There are now two categories for our Project Packs. Customers who wish to purchase a Project pack in a Printed Spiral Bound Book or a Project Pack on CD can go directly to that category. Customers, who wish to purchase a Project Pack in the eBook format, can go to that category. Please make sure you choose the appropriate category before placing your order. Wish Lists!!! PayPal eCheck Payments: When you make an eCheck payment, your shipable order will not ship and your downloads will not be available until the eCheck has cleared. PayPal sends the request to your bank immediately. It can take up to four business days to complete an electronic funds transfer. If your bank initially declines the electronic funds transfer, the payment can be delayed for up to an additional seven business days. Return Policy Because of the nature of our products, Ebooks and Printed Material sales are final. We do offer free downloadable samples of all our products.
