Did You Place an Order at a Convention? Your order will be placed in an account for you on this website within 1.5 weeks of purchase (sometimes sooner depending on the location of the convention and the travel time for us to return to the home office). Existing Account Holders Login as usual to retrieve your downloadable items. New Account Holders If you did not have an account with us prior to the convention one will be created for you. To access this account and retrieve your downloadable items, please login using your email address as your username and this temporary password - Hands1234 (case sensitive). Be sure to change your password immediately upon login to something secure and memorable. - Find the order that you want to download
- Click on View Order
- Click on the Download Icon
- Download the ebook (Save to your computer)

Please make sure you choose the appropriate format before placing your order. eBook, Spiral Bound or CD? Our Project Packs are available in three formats; eBook, Spiral Bound and CD. All formats contain the exact same information. Which one should you buy? It's all a matter of personal preference. eBooks give you instant satisfaction as they are available for download immediately after purchase. CDs are convenient because you don't have to worry about computer crashes because you'll have the complete eBook on CD. The Spiral Bound version is great for those who just have to have a hard copy to hold in their hands! You can also purchase the Spiral Bound/CD combo and get the best of both worlds! Last, but not least, is our Hands-Full Premium Pack. This Pack contains the Project Pack in Spiral Bound/CD combo format, the Type It In eBook (which allows the students to type their answers on the templates), a Kit Pack (just the graphics, ready to print, without all of the text) in eBook format, Answer Key on CD, and finally, a Supplement Pack for reluctanct and emergent writers. Use the dropdown menu next to the Product Type and choose your product type to see the price and add it to your cart. *Please note: the base eBook price will be the price displayed in the product description until you select a format from the dropdown menu. PayPal eCheck Payments When you make a PayPal eCheck payment, your shippable order will not ship and your downloads will not be available until the eCheck has cleared through PayPal. PayPal sends the request to your bank immediately. It can take up to four business days to complete an electronic funds transfer. If your bank initially declines the electronic funds transfer, the payment can be delayed for up to an additional seven business days. International Orders Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products internationally at this time. If you are an international customer, we encourage you to try our eBook option, which is not a shipped product. If you are a Canadian resident, we can ship products for an additional shipping fee. Canadian residents are responsible for any additional duty fees that may be charged on delivery.
