Instructions for Downloading eBooks

After purchasing an eBook, you will receive an email with a download id as well as a hyperlink.

Just click on the hyperlink and you will be directed to our website where you will be presented with a download button.

Log into your account

Towards the middle left side of the page click on Account Maintenance (under the Shopping Categories)

Scroll down to Order History and click view next to the order you'd like to download

Click on the Green Downward arrow next to the product you'd like to download.
HINTS:
If you are still experiencing problems please go in and clear your cookies (some people call these 'temporary internet files') in order to get a "clean" connection before you try again.
If you own a Mac, please do NOT let it reformat our Unit. You will need to save it straight into your computer without formatting it. It must be saved as a .pdf NOT anything else or it won't work correctly.

International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products internationally at this time. If you are an international customer, we encourage you to try our eBook option, which is not a shipped product. If you are a Canadian resident, we can ship products for an additional shipping fee. Canadian residents are responsible for any additional duty fees that may be charged on delivery. Canadian residents, please call our toll free number 866-426-3701 to place your order or find out the additional shipping charges on an order you have already placed.

Because of the nature of our products, Ebooks and Printed Material sales are final. We do offer free downloadable samples of all our products. If you have a question regarding a unit before purchasing, please download the sample pages or contact us for more information.
